Would you prefer study events, building events, or a combination of both? A high school will often organize an Invitational and invite other nearby schools to compete. As you go along in your studying, start compiling hard to remember facts, diagrams, and anything else that would be useful to have during the competition when you are crunched for time. My point is, watch out saying things like this because it can give the wrong idea to others, the answers will be very varied and unhelpful, and in general, they won't help you. Remember, not all of these events may be available due to your school or the year. Which International Science Olympiad is the most enjoyable? For example, color code muscles pink, the respiratory system blue, and the endocrine system red. Color code important information so you can access it quickly. I saw someone mention Circuit Lab, which is more simple for some people, but in general is regarded as one of the most difficult events due to the intensive math and comprehension required.
